A Peak Inside Supreme Core, D.C.’s New Cidery Opening This Spring

The Ivy City operation is working to open this April

Ambitious local producer Supreme Core Cider’s 5,000-square-foot production facility and taproom is nearing completion near the National Arboretum, bringing D.C. another brick-and-mortar location to taste hard ciders this spring.

Consultants-turned-entrepreneurs Will Sullivan and Kyle Crosby are wrapping up the build out at 2400 T Street NE, going for an industrial look with modern accents as the backdrop for making their West Coast-style brews.

Three 10-barrel tanks are en route and expected to arrive in the next month, and once inspections pass, production will get under way. Tables and chairs are also part of the equation; food is not.
